Not sure if all BBC branches use the same stringer but their stringing services suck! Don’t recommend anyone to restring here. My old racket string lasted for almost half a year and got strung with the same BG80 and even a lower tension (previous 30lbs but BBC can do max 28 lbs) and the new string broke the first day of use. I was told it’s caused by miss hit and I don’t believe even it may be a miss hit, a new string can break the first day of use after two games? Did I play perfectly without any miss hit before with my old string? Attitude was really bad too when I only asked about the potential reason of the string broken so quickly. I didn’t even asked about a refund and they said no refund. Clearly so many people played here and so many people string their racket here and they don’t worry about customer services or quality of jobs. The stringer: please be mindful of the service you perform. It’s a waste of time and strings.

BBC redmond is THE court I go to. Clean courts, nice infrastructure and very helpful staff! I remember when I first called the court to understand how membership and court charges works, Shafi was the one who took my phone call and he was so patiently explaining everything to me, even when I asked clarification on fees and rules multiple times.

Love this place. The courts are newly built, lines are crisp, and the AC actually keeps the hall cool. Shafi at the front was fantastic—he helped me track down something in lost & found and checked in to make sure we were set. Friendly staff, clean facility—easy recommend.
